Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging, including carry bag and storage straps may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund, less $10 restock fee per order. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at no cost.

Ship via USPS or UPS and please include your name, order number if available and a brief note detailing your request so we can take care of you.
Please clean your mat, roll up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), and secured with the two Velcro straps, before placing in the carry bag.
Gorilla Mats that are received dirty or damaged during shipping will incur additional fees.
