Due to the bulky shipping size and weight of our products, we are not currently offering shipping outside of the US and Canada. We hope to expand our sales soon.
Unless otherwise specified, new items in their original packaging, including carry bag and storage straps may be returned within 60 days of purchase for a refund, less $10 restock fee per order. If the return is the result of our error, such as shipping an incorrect item, we will provide return shipping at no cost.

Please clean your mat, roll up with the logo facing out (dots facing in), and secured with the two Velcro straps, before placing in the carry bag.
Gorilla Mats that are received dirty or damaged during shipping will incur additional fees.
